We moved to Springfield in 2000 and have called it home ever since. Michael has worked as a nurse at Mercy since retiring from the Air Force where he was a firefighter for over 20 years. Tammy has been a birth doula for the last 9 years. During that time, she has been a part of over 150 births.

We have been married for 43 years, have 3 adult kids we are very proud of, and 4 wonderful grandchildren.

Real estate has always interested us – homes in particular. As we travelled, we used to collect the little real estate magazines from towns all across the US. We would spend hours looking at the houses, talking about their features, and their prices! A few years ago, we began to dream of someday investing in and renovating houses right here in Springfield. So, we started Red Tower Properties!

Our goal is to create clean, comfortable, and affordable housing in the Springfield area – one property at a time. Our hope is that Red Tower Properties will continue to grow and be respected in the local real estate market. We strive to have homes recognized for their high standard of renovation and quality finish.
